With some of the most beautiful views on our campus, The Eagle’s Nest Conference Room is a bright, inspiring space where there truly isn’t a bad seat. Surrounded by windows, guests enjoy breathtaking views of Robinson Lake, beautifully landscaped grounds, colorful flower gardens, and seasonal hanging baskets that line the Lodge roofline. The peaceful setting creates the perfect atmosphere to step away from the everyday and focus on what matters most.
The Eagle’s Nest comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests in conference-style seating or 48 guests in classroom-style seating, making it an excellent choice for board meetings, business meetings, leadership retreats, strategic planning sessions, couples retreats, men’s and women’s retreats, craft gatherings, and ministry events.
The room is equipped with a 75-inch 4K UHD TV with AirPlay capability, HDMI connections, and adapters, making presentations and collaboration simple and seamless. Complimentary coffee and water are also provided to keep your group refreshed throughout the day.

Two large garage-style doors can be opened to bring the outdoors in, creating a unique indoor-outdoor atmosphere with fresh air and beautiful views of The Shack’s scenic grounds.

The Main Dining Room comfortably seats up to 100 guests at beautiful lodge-style pine tables and chairs. Tables can be arranged to create a welcoming setting where large groups can enjoy meals together in community.
Adjacent to the dining room is a spacious serving area featuring a double-sided hot and cold buffet, allowing guests to move efficiently through the line and making meal service quick and convenient for larger groups. During meal times, guests can also enjoy freshly brewed coffee, hot tea, and a variety of cold beverages.
For a more intimate dining experience, the serving area also includes cozy booths, each seating up to eight guests, providing the perfect place for smaller conversations and fellowship.

Surrounded by the beauty of God’s creation, the O’Hay Pavilion is one of The Shack Christian Retreat & Conference Center’s premier outdoor gathering spaces. This stunning post-and-beam timber frame pavilion combines rustic charm with modern amenities, making it the perfect setting for memorable events of every kind. With breathtaking views of Robinson Lake and peaceful natural surroundings, your guests will enjoy a relaxed atmosphere that encourages fellowship, celebration, and connection.
The pavilion features a fully equipped, air-conditioned indoor kitchen and dining area with seating for 30–40 guests. The kitchen includes two industrial ovens with a six-burner cooktop and flat grill, two wall ovens, two sliding-door refrigerators, and an ice machine, making meal preparation and serving convenient for groups of all sizes.
The spacious covered outdoor pavilion accommodates up to 250 guests in church-style seating and includes picnic tables, a stage with a sound system, a hot and cold buffet serving areas, and a grill for outdoor cooking. The pavilion is fully lit for evening events, allowing your gathering to continue well after sunset.
Just steps away is a large parking area, providing easy access for guests and event vendors.
When you reserve the O’Hay Pavilion, your group can also enjoy a variety of outdoor recreation, including volleyball, cornhole, ladder ball, kickball, and other lawn games, creating opportunities for fun, team-building, and fellowship.
