Pastor Discount Program

A Place to Rest, Renew, and Be Encouraged

At The Shack Christian Retreat & Conference Center, we recognize the unique calling and demands of pastoral ministry. Our Pastor Discount Program is one small way we can come alongside those who faithfully serve the Church by providing an opportunity to step away, spend time with the Lord, and experience rest and renewal.

Who Is Eligible?

The Pastor Discount is available to active pastors currently serving a local church. When making a reservation, we’ll simply ask for the name of the church where you serve.

Pastor Retreat Discount

Eligible pastors may receive:

• 50% off lodging for up to two consecutive nights each calendar year
• Valid for the pastor and one guest (up to two people total)
• Intended for personal retreat, rest, and renewal

Additional nights may be reserved at our standard published rates unless an alternate rate has been approved.

Planning & Extended Retreat Stays

Need additional time for sermon preparation, ministry planning, prayer, or personal respite?

Pastors may request an extended planning or renewal stay during select times of the year. These requests are considered on an individual basis and are subject to availability.

Extended stays:

• Are typically available Tuesday through Thursday during January through March
• Must be coordinated through our Guest Services team
• Require approval based on ministry schedules, occupancy, and facility availability

If you’re interested in an extended retreat, we’d be happy to discuss the options available.

When the Discount Does Not Apply

The Pastor Discount is intended for personal retreat stays and is not available when:

• Attending a retreat or event hosted by your church at The Shack
• Participating in a Marriage Retreat or another church-sponsored event as part of your group

In these situations, the applicable group or partnership rate will apply.

Discount Policy

The Pastor Discount cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, partnership pricing, or special offers. Only one discount or promotional rate may be applied per reservation.
