Positions Available In 2025

Housekeeping – This position will demonstrate world class excellence through our guest service and the cleanliness of our facilities. This person must be thorough in their work, yet friendly and engaging towards guests.

Guest Services – This position requires direct interaction and serving guests and their needs along with much of the administrative functions in preparing to serve the guests. This position requires attention to detail in answering phones, computer work, taking reservations, and pre-communication while having a spirit of hospitality in anticipating and exceeding guests’ expectations during their stay.

Culinary Team – This position demonstrates being Christ-centered servants by delivering quality meal experiences to the guests. This position may include everything from prep cooking, serving meals, and washing dishes depending on skill level and experience.

Grounds Staff – Ensure a quality, clean environment at The Shack so that guests can enjoy their time together without distraction. This person will oversee daily care of the grounds to ensure quality and excellence. POSITION FULL
