How the Gift Process Works
Step 1: Call Our Office
Speak directly with our team at 231-924-6683 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) to purchase your certificate credit. You choose the amount you want to spend, or we can make a recommendation based on your goals for your loved ones. You can explore room options and rates here to help you estimate how much you want to gift. Let us know you want the physical card when purchasing.
Step 2: Receive a Physical Gift Card
We will mail you a beautifully printed 4″ x 9″ card that you can present to your loved one in person or by mail. The card tells them about their gift and directs them to this special website.
Prefer a digital option? You can order your gift certificate online here. Simply enter your recipient’s email address at checkout, and we’ll deliver their virtual gift certificate directly to their inbox.
Step 3: Recipient Books Their Stay
Your recipient can visit our live booking system whenever they are ready, enter their unique code, and pick their preferred stay dates. If they prefer, they can book over the phone with our friendly staff. If they want to upgrade their stay beyond what you have gifted, they just pay the difference.
All you have to do is experience the joy of knowing you gave a gift of enternal value.
